Ballots for the Bay was founded to address the unique challenges and barriers faced by varying communities in the Tampa Bay area. Despite living in a swing state, one in four eligible Floridian voters is not registered to vote. In 2022, only 23% of eligible voters under the age of 25 took part in the civic process. We strive to change this, one informed voter at a time.

Ballots for the Bay is a nonpartisan, student-founded initiative dedicated to increasing youth voter registration. The organization was established to promote civic engagement and accessibility by recognizing and highlighting the importance of an empowered electorate in fostering a thriving democracy.
